Aardvark does it again!

I got to help someone from India who asked me what I considered to be the greatest Comedy TV show. So I wrote:

"I'd like to think the greatest Comedy TV show ever would be one that did not overstay its welcome, one that was consistently funny and also intelligent.

I believe that Arrested Development hit all of these marks. The show was very quick witted, and had such smart humor in it. If you watched an episode once then immediately re-watched it you would notice hilarious jokes said under one's breath or in the background that you'd miss the 1st time.

Absolutely brilliant!

I'd want to give this award to the Simpsons, but after like season 9 or 10 it started lacking, and after 13 it's just been all Republican and Religion jokes.

Enjoy!
"

What a great invention. I love you, Aardvark!

An Old Friend Returns

Finally one of my best friends comes home today.

LOST's final season will be bitter/sweet. Sweet because it's hands down the best show ever! And bitter because after this show, television will officially suck.

Yes, I have my comedy shows that I watch, but no show makes me laugh as hard as Simpsons seasons 3-8 and all of Arrested Development. The shows I watch now are funny, but not truly inspirational.

As for sci-fi shows, of course there's Twin Peaks, Millennium, and X-Files, but what they lack LOST does not and that's being meticulous with every detail. If I made a show it would only be understood by those who obsessed over it, and I would want to make it as real as possible for not just myself but for my fans. (H.P. Lovecraft style!)

Hence why I consider LOST a good friend. It has yet to let me down (save that Nikki Paulo ep) but I'm willing to look over that since the show deals with time travel (an even older friend of mine).

Eager, excited, and ecstatic,
Adam.
